ARTHUR A. LESSER

Collector, dealer, appraiser, liquidator -- Mr. Lesser has been passionately involved with fine art and antiques for more than thirty years.  He has extensive experience in conducting estate sales and liquidations of personal property as well as private sales for individual clients.  Through the years, Mr. Lesser has conducted private appraisals of art, antiques and other personal property for equitable distribution, for insurance and estate purposes, and for donation to museums and charities.  He is often retained by many major insurance companies to conduct appraisals on first and third party claims

A noted authority in his field, Mr. Lesser has lectured extensively and has been published in the American Arts Quarterly.  He is a member of the Appraiser's Association of America, The Art Deco Society of New York and The National Arts club.  He is Chairman of the Great Neck Incorporated Village of Thomaston Landmarks Commission.

ELLEN C. KOZMINSKY

Ms. Kozminsky has practiced law in New York City for twenty-five years.  Formerly House Counsel to an investment banking firm, she has, for the past fifteen years, operated her own matrimonial law practice. 

Ms. Kozminsky is a past Co-Chair of the Women in the Courts Committee and a former member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association's Family Law Section.  She is a past Chair of the Matrimonial Law Section of the New York County Lawyers' Association and the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York Women's Bar Association.  She is a former Special Master of the New York State Supreme Court, has served as a Court-appointed fiduciary, and is a divorce mediator.

A lifelong devotee of the arts, Ms. Kozminsky is an avid painter and crafts artist.  She is a member of The National Arts Club.
